Ingredients
Tomato sauce
1–2 eggs
Josu Green Goddess Salt
Small baking dish or ramekin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pour enough tomato sauce into your dish to cover the bottom.
Crack in 1–2 eggs, keeping the yolks intact.
Spoon a little sauce over the whites so they set quickly without turning rubbery.
Sprinkle generously with Green Goddess Salt.
Bake 10–15 minutes, pulling it out when the whites are set but the yolk still has some softness.
Serve with toast or crusty bread.
