What's in Jess Woo's Bundle?

The Woo Blend

This one is extra special (of course). It’s the flavor I reach for when I want a dish to feel like home. My special blend is a little sweet, a little spicy, and full of love, just like the meals I make for my family. Inspired by the flavors I grew up with and the ones I’ve passed down to my kids, it’s perfect on everything from grilled meats to fruit slices. Perfect for dressings and drizzles.

Just Salt

Pure, honest, and dependable. This is the salt I use when I just need a little something to bring everything together. It’s simple but essential. I use it in everything from boiling noodles and making soup taste just right.

5-Year Aged Salt

This salt is something truly special. Aged for five years using traditional Korean methods, it carries a deep earthy flavor and is rich in minerals. I love using it to finish sweet treats or to season something really beautiful like a ribeye. It reminds me that time, patience, and tradition always add depth to the simplest things.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my order number?

You can find your order number at the top of the email confirmation. It will also be in the shipping email.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

About two days and frequently sooner.

Only some of what I ordered arrived—why is that?

Well, it most likely means that one of your items is backordered and we will ship it soon. It could also mean we made a mistake (it happens). Either way, send us an email with your name and order number and we will figure it out quickly.

Why is the cost of shipping so high?

That is what UPS, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service are charging right now given our volume. We do not mark up these charges at all. We do recommend (though we know it serves us well), that you order more than one item, because the shipping costs for a single item can frequently be the same as the multiple items.

Our shipping costs are calculated by weight and size. We do not add any handling fees.  We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we do. But salt is a rock, so international shipping costs are higher due to shipping fees, tariffs, and import taxes.

What does 'single origin' mean? Where does your salt come from?

'Single origin' means all our salt comes from a single place: our family farm on Imjado, a beautiful island off the southwestern coast of Korea. Our family has operated this farm for four generations.

Are Josu products gluten-free?

Currently, none of our products contain gluten. However, they are not certified gluten-free, as some ingredients may be processed in facilities that handle gluten-containing products.

Are Josu products kosher?

None of our salt blends contain meat or dairy products, and are not certified as kosher nor is the equipment that makes them.

Is the salt iodized?

We do not add iodine to our salt; it is 100% pure sea salt.

Where is your salt packaged?

Our salt is blended and packaged at a commercial kitchen in beautiful Alameda, CA.

If you need a question answered that’s not included here, send a note to hello@josu.co and we will get right on it.
