Vlasta, known as the "Pickle Sommelier" on TikTok, is an Erzya and Slavic immigrant who creates multimedia content around cultural knowledge, food, and traditions with the intention of inspiring a connection to nature and community. Pickling is such a cherished part of Slavic cuisine, just like it is in Korea, we knew we had to see how other people pickle!
